User Experience (UX) Designer

Description

We are in the financial services industry, located in Atlanta, Georgia, and currently seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where the selected individual will be deeply involved in the design process, contributing to the overall user experience of our platforms.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the development team to create user-friendly design concepts
Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Figma to create and optimize design elements
Conduct ongoing user experience research to understand client needs and improve platform usability
Address customer needs by designing interfaces and tools for our key internal platform, ensuring scalability for future growth
Implement A/B testing and Agile Scrum methodologies to improve design efficiency and effectiveness
Rebuild and link mock-ups in Figma, transferring existing data from other platforms
Enhance brand awareness through strategic design choices in digital spaces
Regularly update and maintain designs based on client feedback and industry trends
Use knowledge of Android development and CSS to enhance mobile user experience
Act as a pivot for more complex tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in the design process.

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
Experience in Android Development.
Demonstrated ability in AB Testing.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
Proven skills in developing brand awareness.
Knowledge of CSS.
Experience in digital design and development.
Proficiency in using Figma for design projects.
Comprehensive understanding of User Experience Research (UX Research).
