We are looking for a VP of Finance with a strong background in financial management, ideally within the automotive industry. This person will oversee the day-to-day operations of our client's finance and accounting departments, implement robust financial controls, and contribute to strategic decision-making. The role also includes working closely with senior leadership to manage financial operations, ensure compliance with GAAP, and provide valuable insights to drive business growth.
We need someone who is knowledgeable in reporting, GAAP accounting, and essential finance functions like financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The person in this role will be responsible for preparing reports and communicating with institutional lenders and equity capital, as well as handling transactional documents. Candidates need to actively participate in the growth and development of this business into a national entity – the opportunity to grow the department into something much more significant.

- Private Equity experience required.
- Needs to have a background in Finance administration
