As the Finance Director, you will offer extensive support to the Accounting department, primarily dealing with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings and consolidating financial statements.Key Responsibilities • Manage financial operations and spearhead corporate financial planning • Possess skills to handle cash flow and foster relationships with banks • Offer leadership and ensure team performance and direction • Report financial performance to the management team after coordinating and analyzing it • Prepare short- and long-term financial predictions for internal and external stakeholders • Arrange and provide documentation for external audits and tax activities, engaging with external auditing firms • Handle external audits’ documentation for clients and states • Oversee renewals of insurance and licenses, collaborating with an external vendor for license renewals • Perform vendor analysis for top-tier vendors • Analyze and coordinate the financial performance of subsidiaries and related entities • Formulate, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures • Review and comply with client contracts and work norms • Undertake any other duties or projects as required or assigned.
