Finance Director

As the Finance Director, you will
- Oversee and ensure accurate processing of financial statements
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insights
- Manage the month end close processes to ensure timely completion
- Review account reconciliation activities to maintain accuracy in our financial records
- Prepare for audits by organizing necessary financial information
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
- Manage statutory reporting to comply with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Candidate must have Insurance industry experience
- Proven skills in Financial Statement Preparation are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Financial Analysis is a must-have skill.
- The ability to Provide Financial Analysis on a regular basis is required.
- Experience in Month End Close processes is crucial.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is an important skill for this role.
- Previous experience with Audit Preparation is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability in Process Improvement is a key requirement.
- Experience in Statutory Reporting within the Health Insurance sector is highly desirable.
