You will be working in a dynamic environment, showcasing your skills in vulnerability management and security operations.Responsibilities:• Administer information security systems, ensuring data protection and integrity.• Utilize vulnerability management solutions such as Qualys, Nexpose, Nessus, Kenna Security, Tanium, and open-source tools.• Focus on system hardening to run minimal application requirements with least privilege.• Operate with a clear understanding of Windows and *nix operating systems, endpoint applications, networking protocols, and devices.• Gain experience in cloud vulnerability management across platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).• Conduct comprehensive vulnerability scanning and remediation efforts across the organization.• Collaborate with technical team and business to reduce attack surface.• Maintain knowledge of compliance standards including PCI, HIPAA, GLBA, NIST, or ISO.• Showcase scripting abilities in Python, Bash, Perl, or PowerShell.• Comprehend OWASP, CVSS, the MITRE ATT& CK framework, and the software development lifecycle.• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in relaying business risk and remediation requirements.• Apply an analytical and problem-solving mindset to daily tasks.• Exhibit high organization and efficiency in managing tasks and responsibilities.• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are favored.
