Warehouse Analyst

Salary: $28.07 to $32.51 hourly

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Warehouse Analyst in the beverage industry, based in Rutherford, New Jersey. The position involves a variety of tasks, including coordinating workloads, overseeing operations, and ensuring efficient workflow within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Utilize ERP Solutions to monitor and manage warehouse operations.
• Leverage the SAP system for task creation using the warehouse monitor to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain responsibility for creating picks and arranging the work for the day.
• Oversee the progression of work, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adjust workloads as necessary, reallocating resources to maintain optimal productivity.
• Conduct regular auditing of warehouse operations to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Perform clerical duties as needed, including the management of charts and graphs for data representation.
• Handle inbound calls, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Use Cerner Technologies and Epic Software as part of the daily workflow.
• Utilize the About Time system to monitor and manage timekeeping within the warehouse.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Possess expertise in ADP - Financial Services for effective financial management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Cerner Technologies to streamline warehouse processes and operations.
• Proficiency in Epic Software for efficient data management and analysis.
• Strong understanding and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for managing and integrating the business processes.
• Familiarity with various ERP Solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of About Time software for effective time management and productivity.
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls professionally and efficiently.
• Strong skills in Auditing to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in creating Charts - Graphs to visualize data and trends.
• Experience in performing Clerical Duties such as record keeping, filing, and office support.
