Web Analytics Specialist

We are looking for a Web Analytics Specialist to join our team in Bothell, Washington. As a Web Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting A/B testing, utilizing web optimization tools, and analyzing site performance. This role is within the Application Service Provider industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of website features or campaigns.• Utilize web optimization tools such as Optimizely Web Experimentation and VWOO to analyze site performance and identify areas for improvement.• Create and maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.• Leverage Adobe Analytics and Adobe Creative Cloud to analyze website data and generate insightful reports.• Use Atlassian Jira and Bing to manage project workflows and perform search engine optimization tasks.• Implement cloud technologies to optimize the functionality and user experience of the website.• Develop and execute a web optimization roadmap based on analytical findings.• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed.• Contribute to campaign planning and execution by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

Salary : $48 - $55
