Responsibilities:
Leading a team of developers, delegating tasks, and determining responsibilities effectively.
Monitoring team performance and providing relevant metrics to management.
Participating actively in the recruitment processes of new developers and providing mentorship to team members.
Ensuring the availability, reliability, and scalability of systems and projects at the design level.
Collaborating with management to determine best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
Assisting in daily development tasks, focusing on code reviews, logical flows, and quality of delivered code.
Collaborating with management and clients to thoroughly understand the business and product.
Evaluating project risks and making appropriate recommendations.
Managing individual projects efficiently ensuring timely progress, and communicating potential delays to stakeholders.
Coordinating project releases, pre-release training, and post-deployment feedback with clients, QA department, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Application Lead or similar role.
Proficiency in PHP Mysql is essential.
Solid experience in Web Development is required.
In-depth understanding of Web application architecture.
Expertise in API Development is necessary.
Knowledge of JavaScript is crucial.
