Web Developer

Description

We're looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Developer with experience building and managing websites that integrate with CRM and email platforms, particularly NationBuilder. You'll work on the front-end development of web experiences that connect directly with back-end CRM systems and email automation tools. A background in graphic design is a major plus, as you'll help craft not only functional but visually compelling digital experiences. This is a 2-3 month contact engagement with a Las Vegas client of Robert Half's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using HTML, CSS, SASS, and Liquid templating.
• Develop front-end interfaces that connect to CRM platforms like NationBuilder or similar systems.
• Customize and implement NationBuilder themes, templates, and pages to support campaigns, events, and outreach goals.
• Integrate CRM/CRS email marketing tools to support lead generation, community engagement, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and CRM administrators to create seamless user journeys from web to CRM.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations and data flow between front-end systems and CRM/email tools.
• Ensure best practices in accessibility, performance optimization, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Support graphic design needs for web, email, and social as needed (banners, page layouts, etc.).

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript.
• Experience with Liquid templating (used in NationBuilder, Shopify, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with NationBuilder or a similar CRM/CMS.
• Familiarity with CRM/CRS email tools and how to integrate them into digital campaigns.
• Ability to connect front-end experiences with back-end CRM data and workflows.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Experience working with Git or similar version control systems.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) for creating or editing visual assets.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or NationBuilder's built-in email tools.
