Web Developer
Hybrid in Arlington, TX once/month
About the Role:
This role supports web accessibility efforts, ensuring compliance and usability across various platforms. You will work closely with internal teams to address accessibility challenges and improve the digital experience for all users.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Utilize the “SiteImprove” tool to generate and analyze reports for various departments.
- Remediate accessibility issues in CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Drupal, or WordPress.
- Style websites to ensure ADA compliance, including implementing:
- Color contrast adjustments.
- Alt tagging for images.
- ARIA tagging for enhanced screen reader support.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to document unresolved accessibility challenges.
- Apply WGAC best practices and ADA compliance standards to all projects.
Required Skills:
- CMS Experience: Proficiency with Sitecore (Drupal or WordPress experience is an acceptable substitute).
- Accessibility Knowledge: Experience with WGAC and W3C Accessibility products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML and CSS.

Contract Talent The salary range for this position is 45/hr to 50/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
