We are seeking a skilled and motivated Server Administrator to join our team in the Appleton / Oshkosh, WI area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our server environment, ensuring seamless operation of our infrastructure, and supporting long-term cloud migration goals. You’ll work closely with a talented team in a dynamic, enterprise-scale environment, supporting 7,000 end users and a technical ecosystem spread across two data centers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Firewall Administration : Manage updates, troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, and support special requests such as web services and remote security platforms.
- Server Maintenance : Provide administration and support for a hybrid environment, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
- Ticketing Systems : Address escalations, track and resolve tickets, and contribute to detailed documentation of tickets and processes.
- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, updates, and procedures.
- Cloud Migration : Collaborate with the team to work towards the long-term goal of cloud integration. You’ll work with :
