Job Description: We are seeking a Windows Client Engineer to join our Global Information Systems group in Pittsburgh, PA. The Windows Client Engineer will play a key role in managing and supporting Windows Client Technologies, focusing on SCCM and Intune management, and contributing to the transition to Windows 11.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support Windows Client Technologies, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Utilize Microsoft SCCM and Intune for software deployment and client device management.Assist in the upgrade and transition to Windows 11.Efficiently manage and resolve escalated support tickets.Basic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11.Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.Proficient in PowerShell Scripting.Familiarity with Application Packaging Technologies.Experience with PatchMyPC.Ability to manage iOS and Android devices.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
