This is a Direct Hire opportunity which will be mostly on-site at the beginning before moving to a Hybrid work arrangement once ramped up and contributing.Job Description: As a Windows Systems Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our IT operations, working directly with clients to provide comprehensive support and management of their Windows environments. Your role will involve a blend of hands-on technical work and customer interaction, making communication and a customer-first mindset essential.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.Windows Server Administration: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.Active Directory Management: Administer and support Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and security settings.Scripting: Develop and utilize scripts (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.) to automate routine tasks and streamline operations.Citrix Support: Manage and troubleshoot Citrix environments, ensuring seamless delivery of applications and desktops.System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor system performance, perform regular maintenance, and implement updates as needed.Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of systems, procedures, and client interactions.Nice to Have:IIS Administration: Experience with managing and troubleshooting Internet Information Services (IIS).SQL Administration: Basic knowledge of SQL Server administration, including backups, restores, and performance tuning.Linux Administration
