Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday Administrator to support our payroll project team and internal Workday integration efforts. In this role, you will work closely with the payroll project team, full-time Workday Administrators, and integration specialists to ensure seamless configuration, security, and data flow within Workday HCM. This position requires deep expertise in Talent and Performance Management, system administration, and Workday integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the payroll project team, Workday administrators, and internal integration teams to support system enhancements and payroll system implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday HCM, which acts as the system of record for all employees in the new payroll system.
- Manage and configure Talent and Performance Management within Workday HCM.
- Perform Workday administration, including configuration, security, and business process development.
- Develop and manage integrations, workflows, and security settings within Workday.
- Utilize Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to manage data imports and exports.
- Support and expand Workday Extend functionalities to enhance system capabilities.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Workday team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven senior-level experience as a Workday HCM Administrator with expertise in Talent and Performance Management.
- Strong background in:
- System administration, configuration, and security
- Business process development and workflow automation
- Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for data management
- Workday Extend for advanced system customization
- Extensive knowledge of Workday integration methods and best practices.
- Effective communicator, capable of collaborating within a technical team (minimal interaction with non-technical audiences).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "Hungry, Humble, Smart" mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday Docs for Layouts as part of Workday Docs.
