We are providing an opportunity for a Workday Analyst in the non-profit sector, based in Baltimore, Maryland. The Workday Analyst will be crucial in optimizing our grants management system, as well as improving labor allocation, fringe benefit tracking, and overall system configuration. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Enhance the existing grants management system and its setup.
Uncover and rectify any IT setup mapping and configuration issues.
Optimizing the tracking of labor allocation and fringe benefits within our system.
Establish best practices for monitoring grants using the correct awards structure.
Facilitate hands-on training for smooth knowledge transfer.
Generate process documentation to assist ongoing grant management efforts.
Guarantee successful data migration from spreadsheets into the new system.
Utilize skills in areas such as Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Microsoft, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, Workday ERP, Workday Integration, Workday Payroll, and Workday Financial Management.
Requirements
Proficiency in Client Side Scripting
Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies
Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
Proven experience in AB Testing
Skilled in API Development
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
Experience in Configuration Management
