We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and optimization of Workday solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday modules and play a key role in aligning system functionalities with business processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday ERP modules, including HCM, Financials, Payroll, and others as needed.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Configure Workday applications to align with organizational needs and ensure seamless integration.Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).Provide post-go-live support, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.Create and deliver training materials and sessions to facilitate user adoption.Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday tools.Stay updated on Workday enhancements, features, and industry trends to recommend system optimizations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between Workday solutions and business objectives.
