Description
We are on the lookout for a Workday Integrations Developer to become a part of our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance sector, located in McLean, Virginia. You will be tasked with the responsibility of managing complex integrations with the Workday cloud application, using your skills to solve intricate business problems and ensure seamless functionality across various Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas. This role also requires you to handle internal IT security and reporting needs.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in the design, development, and support testing of the Workday integration code base, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DT, XSLT, RaaS, and supporting 3rd party coding.
Conduct Discovery sessions with business and 3rd party vendor subject matter experts for integrations and reports.
Develop detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration and report deployment life cycle.
Handle the investigation of integration and report failures, perform root cause analyses, and provide detailed findings and recommendations to management and business leaders.
Identify and escalate risks in a timely manner, while developing alternative technical and functional solutions as needed.
Manage the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Utilize your skills in Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Microsoft, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Configuration Management to achieve these tasks.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Workday Integrations Developer or in a similar role within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industries.
Proficient in client side scripting with a solid understanding of its application in healthcare settings.
Demonstrable knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in streamlining healthcare operations.
Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, with a focus on improving patient relations and service delivery.
Proficiency in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), specifically within the context of healthcare and hospital settings.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft office suite, especially in creating and managing databases and spreadsheets.
Experience in AB Testing, with a focus on improving healthcare service delivery and operations.
Proficient in API (Application Programming Interface) development, particularly for healthcare systems integration.
Experience in developing and implementing business process functions within a healthcare setting.
Ability to prepare detailed business requirement documents that align with the healthcare industry standards.
Proven experience in configuration management, particularly in managing and updating healthcare systems configurations.
