Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee end-to-end Workday implementation, including configurations, integrations, testing, training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders, aligning goals across initiatives.
- Establish and enforce governance policies, ensuring risk management, issue resolution, and adherence to best practices.
- Track and report on financials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and meeting project budget requirements.
- Drive audit and quality control measures to ensure outcomes meet key performance indicators.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Utilize prior experience or familiarity with government operations to tailor strategies for compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Program Management experience.
- At least 2 years of Workday implementation expertise with hands-on involvement.

The salary range for this position is $70/hr to $90/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
