We are seeking a Workforce Management Analyst to join our team based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role involves developing and justifying volume forecasts, creating FTE forecasts within operational budgets, and reconciling these forecasts within a workforce management model. This opportunity offers a contract-to-permanent position.Responsibilities:• Develop volume forecasts based on historical data and expected internal and external trends.• Maintain and provide accurate forecasts to meet service level targets and align with annual budget management goals.• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data analytics for effective workforce management.• Prioritize workload efficiently to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail.• Communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of management.• Leverage prior experience with Avaya CMS Supervisor and Avaya Workforce Optimization, if available.• Utilize data visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI for workforce management.• Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for appropriate action.• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
