Description

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a dedicated Workplace Experience Coordinator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees, ensuring a top-notch customer service experience. Your role will also involve managing various office functions, coordinating with vendors and handling onboarding processes. This will be a heavy receptionist role!

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors in a detail oriented manner, issue visitor and parking passes, and adhere to security protocols.
  • Handle receptionist duties and respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers in a customer service-focused manner.
  • Coordinate recreational dining and business activities upon request.
  • Manage and execute workplace services including mail and office supply services.
  • Organize, manage, and execute on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down the room, and delivering supplies.
  • Monitor janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors providing services or goods to the workplace.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to create presentations and communicate with various-sized groups.
  • Maintain a detail oriented, inquisitive mindset while following basic work routines and standards.


Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a detail-oriented manner
  • Proficiency in managing office functions and executing work orders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Capable of performing receptionist duties and handling visitor interactions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of different methods and procedures in a workplace setting
  • Ability to create presentations and effectively communicate information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Capable of handling physical tasks such as setting up and tearing down event spaces.
