About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced, motivated sales rep to represent our brand across the Mid-Atlantic (NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA) territory. As an independent 1099 contractor, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of accounts. You’ll hit the ground running with an existing book of business, which you’ll grow through strong customer relationships, regular in-person appointments, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a remote role with 60–75% travel focused on in-person customer engagement.

- Meet regularly with quilt shops and other B2B customers to present new releases and current product lines
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
- Actively prospect for new business in the region
- Schedule and execute efficient sales appointments across the territory
- Hit sales targets and provide reliable sales forecasting
- Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted partner to your customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and account support
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience
- Industry experience required: textiles, hand-crafts, or a directly related category
- Ability to travel regularly within your region (60–75%)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and customer focus
