Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore and Primavera for tracking progress and reporting.
- Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with construction estimators to develop accurate cost estimates for projects.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Support the senior project manager in preparing reports and presentations for clients.
