WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS POSITION
As Project Manager, you will guide a team of engineers on diverse transportation design projects, from rural highways to complex urban interchanges. Additionally, you will contribute to our marketing and business development initiatives, helping to strengthen RPA’s presence in the region. Responsibilities include :
- Project Leadership : Oversee planning, design, and execution for projects ranging from small-scale roads to large, complex highway systems.
- Mentorship and Team Development : Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Technical Expertise : Lead roadway design on multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality in all technical work.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, government agencies, and industry professionals to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Documentation and Reporting : Manage the preparation of detailed reports, design calculations, and technical documentation.
- Business Development : Support marketing strategies and client development efforts to drive growth within the Streets and Highways Group.
