Tuesday and Thursday 9 am to 4 pm and Friday 8am - 12noon
Experience:
- EPIC EMR experience a MUST
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Our podiatry medicine practice has an immediate need for an organized, reliable Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling administrative duties in both the front and back of the office.
- scheduling
- answering phones
- checking patients in/out
- confirming referrals
- patient communication
- escorting patients to clinical rooms
- turning over rooms between patients
We’re looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with people. As the face of our office, positive and respectful customer-service is a must.
This role also includes various office and clinical duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently.
Role requires medical attire (scrubs).
Our Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist will work directly with healthcare practice staff to maintain patient records and assist in obtaining vital signs. Experience with EPIC application. Please do not apply if you do not have EPIC EMR experience.
