The Ideal Candidate
- Has a proven track record in luxury modern residences and/or high-end hospitality buildings and interiors
- Possesses an unwavering attention to detail, a deep appreciation for premium materials, and expertise in creating buildable and beautifully crafted details
- Demonstrates expertise in translating clear concepts into breathtaking realities
- Excels in leading design teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion
Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and technical details using drawings, digital models, and physical models
- Orchestrate seamless integration of sophisticated building systems across all design phases
- Spearhead design teams, fostering innovation and maintaining the highest standards of luxury
- Manage projects with meticulous attention to timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Liaise with discerning clients and coordinate with top-tier consultants
- Craft impeccable schematic design, design development, and construction documents for medium to large scale buildings and interiors
- Perform construction administration
Qualifications
- B. Arch or M. Arch degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury projects within the United States
- Exceptional design abilities at conceptual and detail levels
- Proven experience in steering luxury projects from initial concept through to immaculate completion
- Experience in researching and implementing unique construction systems
- Mastery in producing exquisite construction document drawings and details using Revit
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly in studio settings
- Expertise in bespoke interior design and curating premium FF&E is highly valued
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
