Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the lead agent to write profitable new business in a timely, accurate manner.
- Ensure all client information is entered into Nexsure, our management system, efficiently and accurately.
- Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and handle invoicing for clients.
- Assist the commercial agent with gathering necessary information, completing applications, and liaising with underwriters.
- Review quotes and policies for accuracy and completeness.
- A current 440 insurance license with at least 3 years of experience working with commercial clients in Florida.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience working with Nexsure or a similar management system is a plus.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
