Artisanal Manufacturing - Craftsman position in our steel cookware department

Experience Level: Entry-Level

Employment Type: Full Time (40 hours per week Overtime potential)

Pay Range: $18 per hour

Work style and Benefits:

• Market competitive wage rate with performance based bonus
• Single shift (7:00 am to 6:00 pm), Monday through Thursday (four 10-hour days) with overtime potential.
• 3-day weekend most weeks (production dependent)
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times a Craftsmans base wage rate

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal driven will do attitude/can do attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team manufacturing environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively within the team
• Work safely by following all safety policies and standards
• Mechanically inclined and capable of following detailed work instructions and processes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
• Dexterity to manipulate steel components through varying mechanical processes
