Robert W. Adler & Associates, P.A., a 35-Year-old design-oriented firm, practicing all aspects of residential (custom high-end) along with light commercial (retail, auto, office, mixed-use) projects throughout NJ and other states, offers an in office full-time position for immediate availability. An increase in the firm's work has prompted a position for a highly organized project manager candidate with experience in construction documents. The position is expected to evolve into the position of Assistant Vice President, and eventually into Vice President of the company, managing and overseeing the commercial section as well as the entire drafting studio.
The successful candidate shall have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in residential or commercial work. AutoCAD is required and an understanding of construction methods is necessary for regular site meetings on commercial projects. It is important to have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid, challenging work environment. Vacation, paid holidays, 401K-profit sharing plan after vesting. Professionalism is required.
