Experienced Investment Banking Analyst, GP Solutions

The Baird GP Solutions Group collaborates with Baird's sector and product teams to advise sponsor clients on private secondary market transactions, ranging from single and multi-asset continuation funds, tender offers and strip sales to bespoke financings including NAV-based loans and fund-level preferred equity financings.
As an Investment Banking Analyst on the GP Solutions team, you will :
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and client presentations.
- Manage investors throughout the capital raise process including by helping to facilitate their diligence.
- Perform research and various analyses in support of thematic publications and new business generation.
- Gain exposure to live GP-led transaction deal activity.
- Work closely with mid-level and senior management to support execution of GP-led secondary transactions for key financial sponsor relationships.
- Hone your skills by working closely with sponsor clients, secondary investors and Baird's sector and product teams on a variety of GP-led transactions.
