We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Investment Banking Vice President with at least five years of Investment Banking or equivalent experience to join our Defense & Government team in Tysons Corner, VA. Baird's 20 person dedicated Defense & Government team is recognized as a leading M&A advisor to the sector. Since 2021 advised 60 transactions totaling over $28 billion in transaction value.
As a Vice President in Investment Banking, you will :
- Assist senior bankers in the business development effort.
- Lead transaction execution teams.
- Work primarily on sell-side mergers and acquisitions, as well as occasional buy-side mandates, public equity offerings, and other financial advisory services for clients across the Defense & Government sector.
