What you'll do :
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with distributors and sales team.
- Lead a planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, KPIs, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Identify sales channel strengths and weaknesses and implement strategies or solutions.
- Assess, clarify, and validate channel needs on an ongoing basis.
- Communicate effectively with sales channel to maintain engagement and motivation.
- Perform competitive analysis and provide market insight.
- Provide regular progress reports on channel performance.
- Learn and master new products and services to develop effective sales strategies.
- Proactively recruit new qualifying business leads.
