A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a Head of Learning to lead and manage dynamic educational enablement systems, including a Help Center, certification programs, instructional videos, webinars, learning management systems, onboarding, and in-person training. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and experience in transforming educational content into value-driving resources with high learner engagement.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Management
* Lead and manage a team of educational content producers, instructional designers, and trainers.
* Foster a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven culture within the team.
* Oversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of educational content.
User Enablement Strategy
* Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy to empower platform users, focusing on self-service capabilities.
* Build a scalable educational ecosystem tailored to key customer personas and user journey stages.
* Leverage AI and automation to enhance user education and scalability.
Certification Programs and Monetization
* Lead the design, launch, and management of certification programs.
* Implement monetization strategies for certifications and educational programs.
* Build recurring engagement through a certification platform offering high-value services.
Community Building & Client Engagement
* Develop and nurture a client community focused on knowledge sharing and peer learning.
* Design programs to encourage user interaction and participation in events.
Data-Driven Insights and User Advocacy
* Monitor key engagement metrics and assess the impact of educational initiatives.
* Advocate for improvements based on user behavior and feedback.
Long-Term EDU Partnership Strategy
* Expand and nurture partnerships with educational institutions.
* Drive the evolution of the EDU program into a sales referral engine.
Qualifications
* 5 years of experience in educational content development and delivery.
* Preferable experience in building learning programs within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
* Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Development, or equivalent experience (advanced degree preferred).
* Proven experience leading teams and delivering high-impact learning programs.
* Knowledge of video editing and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, Articulate 360).
* Strong project management and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills to influence and inspire others.
* Analytical skills to assess and make data-driven decisions.
* Ability to travel as required for client relationship building.

Salary : $145,000 - $165,000
