About the Role
We're hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to support our Recruitment team and client-facing recruiters. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of critical administrative and coordination tasks throughout the recruitment lifecycle, while maintaining process and policy compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates while gaining exposure to front office recruitment operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment and Direct Sourcing team
- Manage and post new requisitions, ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Schedule, attend, and document intake meetings with hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Own and execute administrative tasks for internal and external hires, including:
- Updating applicant tracking systems and team trackers
- Managing communications with vendors and responding to business and professional queries
- Performing data accuracy checks and fulfilling internal governance requirements
- Collect pre-hire documentation and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure all checks are completed (e.g., deferred compensation, evaluation templates, CRCF submissions, RCL creation)
- Initiate and monitor onboarding processes for new hires
- Engage with internal stakeholders and business leaders as needed
- Support tracking activity and produce ad hoc reports as required
We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools
- High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and accuracy
