- 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in operational risk management including exposure to technology risk, information risk and/or model risk management
- 2-5 years of management and leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of standard methodologies in Data Management and technologies in Artificial Intelligence (e.g. machine learning, natural language processing)
- Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry guidelines (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, NIST)
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative skills
