Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Director, your role will be diverse. You will be accountable for driving product innovation, liaising with various teams, engaging with customers, managing projects, and making data-driven decisions. You'll have the chance to shape innovative loss reduction products for insurance carriers using IoT devices, risk assessment, claims management, and fraud prevention.

  • Steer the development of innovative risk management and prevention technology
  • Liaise with sales, product and delivery teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Employ data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Director position brings a wealth of experience in consulting or property insurance. You have demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies and implementing strategic plans for complex business initiatives. Your proficiency in financial modelling allows you to effectively assess costs and profitability. With robust project management skills, you can manage timelines, resources, risks effectively. Experience with IoT devices in an insurance context would be advantageous.

  • 5 years of experience in consulting and/or the property insurance industry; homeowners product knowledge is beneficial
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for complex business initiatives
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis to assess costs and profitability
  • Robust project management skills to effectively manage timelines, resources, and risks
  • Experience with IoT devices and their application in insurance, particularly in claims prevention, is beneficial
