What does this recruitment consultant role?
- You will work within an established Go To Market recruitment team, building excellent client and candidate relationships. This is a key focus area for us in 2025 as such, we are hiring for experienced sales candidates to join.
- Identify business opportunities by speaking to clients and candidates as well as by keeping abreast of industry developments.
- Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client's organisation and recruitment needs.
- Manage client roles, including by writing and placing job ads, producing weekly mail shots and head hunting.
- Source, select and match candidates with appropriate roles, ensuring only the highest quality candidates are put forward to clients.
- Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and providing regular communications and feedback.
- Organise and attend meetings with prospective clients as well as developing existing relationships.
- The right candidate will ideally have previous experience in an outbound sales or business development role.
- Candidates will ideally have experience in outbound sales or business development. Candidates should feel confident and comfortable on the phone to prospective clients and working towards KPIs/targets.
- Pro-active and commercial attitude.
- A team-based and collaborative mindset is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills are required.
