Responsibilities
As a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing support and guidance to our client's international affiliates. Your responsibilities will encompass providing TP advisory services, supporting the development of TP policies, and managing ongoing transfer pricing projects. Your expertise will be vital in guiding the internal Transfer Pricing Compliance Service Unit. Additionally, you will manage the transfer pricing aspects of US tax audits.
The ideal candidate for this Senior Transfer Pricing Manager position will hold a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. You should have at least 8 years of experience in transfer pricing within industry or a major accounting, economics or legal practice. A comprehensive understanding of the US Code Section 482 and OECD TP Guidelines is essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required; proficiency in French or another major world language would be beneficial. - Review documentation prepared both internally and externally, ensuring compliance with IRS guidelines for US transfer pricing documentation
- Manage the transfer pricing aspects of US tax audits
