The Construction Project Coordinator serves as a key liaison between our sales team, clients, and project leads. This is not a sales role, but rather a crucial pre-construction coordination position that bridges the gap between design, planning, and execution. You will assist in the administrative process, helping with the selection of finishes, materials, and design elements while ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated to the project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to guide them through material and finish selections (tiles, countertops, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.).
- Organize and maintain project details, ensuring selections are accurately documented and communicated to contractors and vendors.
- Coordinate with fabricators, suppliers, and subcontractors to confirm lead times and availability.
- Conduct occasional site visits to ensure design specifications align with project execution.
- Collaborate with the sales team and project leads to ensure a smooth handoff of project details.
- Keep track of square footage, pricing, and product specifications for accurate estimates and budgets.
- Assist in refining and improving processes for selections and design coordination.
- Utilize Buildertrend or similar construction management software for documentation and communication.
- Experience in residential remodeling or interior design coordination.
- Strong understanding of home renovation materials and finishes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and client service abilities.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfort working with vendors, suppliers, and trade professionals.
- Tech-savvy, experience with construction management software (Buildertrend preferred) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record, background, and CORI check.

- Competitive hourly pay at $25 to $35, based on experience.
