•Telephone and communication skills.
•Experience in office procedures; background and knowledge of school department procedures preferred.
•Enroll new students and transfer student records
•Maintain and update files; affix labels of final grades on permanent record cards
•Make appointments for counselors and distribute passes.
•Type correspondence for counselors
•Send out MCAS information during the school year and assist with MCAS administration
•Assist in main office as needed
•Knowledge of PowerSchool and google platform preferred.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal and/or by the Superintendent
