THE ROLE
The Business Support Specialist will support & work closely with the Consultants and Business Support team
to provide administrative and sales support within the branch including
• Answering and routing incoming telephone calls as appropriate
• Provide support reception cover as and when required.
• Reformatting of candidate CVs
• Monitor branch and individual mailbox for administration requests
• Provide administrative support to a team or teams of Sales Consultants
• Sending and receiving digital registration documents via DocuSign
• Updating relevant information in to SFDC CRM
• Ensuring best practice is followed relating to business processes
• Ensuring all candidate placement compliance is maintained and followed up
• Deal with queries and follow up relating to the payroll of contract candidates
• Posting job adverts to job boards
• Job board ad chase
• Cyclical SFDC reports to distribute to the Sales Teams
• Weekly and monthly reporting of fee schedules for the teams
• Assign candidate log ins for Skillport E-learning
• Set up candidate evaluations in IKM
THE INDIVIDUAL
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience
with an ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. You will also
be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a
strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment. A full working knowledge of the Microsoft Office is essential in this role.
