About the role
Roberts Civil Engineering is seeking a Grant Writer for the Municipal division of the company. An effective Grant Writer should have excellent research and communication skills. They should be able to clearly communicate in both written and verbal communication, especially in grant proposals, as this is the primary duty.

Tactical Work
- Study and understand the history, structure, objectives, programs, and financial needs of Roberts Civil Engineering clients in need of funding.
- Research grant opportunities from government and non-government agencies, including but not limited to HUD, DCA, USDA, DOT, EDA, FEMA, and One Georgia.
- Draft grant applications and supporting documents based on the priorities of the client and the requirements of the funding agency.
- Respond to internal and external queries on drafted and submitted applications.
- Maintain records and provide support where needed in the pursuit of new contracts for grant application and administration services.
