Concrete Project Superintendent

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate project progress.
• Manage Jobsite Quality Control.
• Maintain clear communication with Owners regarding project status and any potential issues.
• Implement effective strategies for problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site.
• Ensure all contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise crews effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Familiarity with quality control practices and standards in construction projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
