What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator position at Roberts Health Centre?
Roberts Health Centre is an upscale, 5 Star Rated, 66 Bed Skilled Nursing facility, located in North Kingstown RI, directly across from the Train Station and North Kingstown Walmart. We are currently looking for an experienced Admissions Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and track all inquiries
- Verify insurance and benefits
- Tour property to potential clients
- Complete all necessary paperwork for various levels of care
- Case Management and discharge planning
- Network with referral sources and competitors
- Develop marketing materials
- Plan and execute outreach events
Requirements:
- Must be a RN
- Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and 3rd party payors.
- Must be able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized, professional & motivated.
- Should have solid computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Should be friendly and a team worker.
- Must have Long Term Care knowledge.
