What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Assistant position at Roberts Insurance Group LLC?
We are looking for someone to join our team! Computer skills are very important for this position which will entail updating customers records, data entry and basic customer service. This is a starting position, with no experience required, for someone who is looking for a long term career in insurance with room to grow into higher level positions. Duties will included updating policy, taking payments, calling past due clients, and assisting with general policy service. All training and licensing paid for by the agency.
