Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Operate the parts department
Help customers as they come in throughout the day.
Troubleshoot issues
Gather parts / create orders
Verify accurate contact information when necessary. (Name, Farm, Phone number)
Answer phones, help customers with parts inquiries, create orders for shipping,
Maintain yard cleanliness to include but not limited too: Mowing and weed eating, Clearing trash
Properly putting parts away as they arrive
Load and unload trucks (customers, vendors, etc) and verify accurate paperwork transaction.
Stage parts for 2nd shift crew to load trucks
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must be 18 years old to be eligible to apply for this position
Customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with irrigation supplies preferred
Ability to work quickly and accurately
Self Motivated
Must have a desire to learn and grow professionally and personally with willingness to help others
Communicate effectively both verbally and digitally
Communicate effectively both verbally and digitally
Able to work proficiently both independently and within a team environment
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Ability to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds by self with the possibility of team lifting or use of equipment
Valid drivers license
