We are seeking a talented Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to assist in developing and deploying client-facing tools and reports. This role will play a key part in transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive informed decision-making.
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Data Analytics and Visualization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate) to develop data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, automation, and analysis, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Power BI Development
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Connect to multiple data sources, transform data, and ensure data quality and security.
Power Apps & Power Automate
- Assist in creating custom Power Apps to improve data collection and process efficiency.
- Implement Power Automate workflows to streamline repetitive or manual tasks and optimize data flows.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for user experience and app design.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Implement analytical models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for end-users.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with client legal and security teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Present findings and dashboards to clients, partners, and team members in a clear, compelling format.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Power Platform solutions.
Qualifications
Education:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in designing and deploying Power BI reports.
- Familiarity with Power Apps development and Power Automate workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analyze data effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Power BI Data Analyst Associate (Exam PL-300) Certification.
- Experience with SharePoint, Azure, or other Microsoft cloud services.
- Knowledge of compliance and security regulations in the chemical or legal industries.
- Previous internship or professional experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies or project management best practices.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
