Summary of Position:
Under general supervision, this individual will primarily assist the Firm with reviewing and auditing client account statements, creating ledgers in HOA Collect, and providing administrative support to the research department. The individual may also assist with other accounts receivable and perform other tasks as assigned.

Summary of Position:
Under general supervision, this individual will primarily assist the Firm with reviewing and auditing client account statements, creating ledgers in HOA Collect, and providing administrative support to the research department. The individual may also assist with other accounts receivable and perform other tasks as assigned.
Essential Functions:
- Regular attendance and punctuality;
- Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep client and financial records complete;
- Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining client records;
- Verify the accuracy and validity of figures, calculations, and ledger entries pertaining to client records;
- Data entry;
- Maintain records by filing documents;
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor; and
- Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.
- The individual must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Knowledge:
- Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology;
- Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic;
- Accounting — Knowledge of accounting principles; and
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes assessing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction.
