Service Shuttle Driver
Summary
Picks up and delivers customer vehicles, Shuttles customers to and from dealership. Moves vehicles around dealership as needed, keeps the loaner and shuttle vehicles in clean working condition, and assists service staff as requested.
Essential Duties
- Maintains loaner and shuttle vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles and replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed.
- Picks up and delivers service customer vehicles as needed.
- Shuttle service customers to and from dealership as needed.
- Maintain the service drive and service writeup, sweeping and cleaning as necessary to maintain a clean environment.
- Other tasks as requested for service staff.
- Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Makes service key tags for vehicles.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- No prior experience or training.
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
