Responsibilities:
Implements and Directs Patient Care:
· Assesses patients’ status via various testing procedures relevant to physical therapy, interpreting results to establish physical therapy needs, and develop treatment programs.
· Performs all treatment within the scope of physical therapy practice.
· Develops and modifies the treatment program as needed by the patient.
· Instructs home programs to patients and significant others.
Job Related Duties & Responsibilities:
· Assist in the growth of the Pineries Running Lab and other programs within Roberts Physical Therapy.
· Development of policies and procedures as assigned by other therapists.
· Commitment to Roberts Physical Therapy mission, vision, and values.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by other therapists.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy; preferred Doctor of Physical Therapy.
· New grads are encouraged to apply.
· Employee must pass a background check.
Licensure:
· Valid Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
· CPR & AED certified on an annual basis, initial within one year of employment.
