Overview
We are looking for a part-time laborer to assist with the flipping of rental property. Job hours are 1:30 to 6pm Monday through Friday on an on-call basis. Will work alongside property owner.
Duties
- Painting, cleaning, laying of flooring, assisting with outdoor landscaping/mowing, general repairs.
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Must be reliable.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Year round work
